Bells & Rivers is a truly unique instrument library because it focuses exclusively on deep-sampled, unusual bells that you won’t find anywhere else. We captured the character and sonic detail of rare and unconventional bells, many of which are from private collections or remote locations.

We believe in capturing the full expressive range of each bell. This library features a truly massive number of samples, ensuring a high level of detail. For the shorter-sounding small bells, we sampled each bell so many times that there are little risk of the same sample are played twice.

These are not your typical orchestral instruments. They include custom-made, antique, and found-object bells, each with its own unique sonic fingerprint.

Given the sheer number of samples and the deep-sampled nature of the instruments, the library is designed for professional use and may require a certain amount of system resources. However, the patches are designed to be as efficient as possible without compromising on sound quality.

Yes. Bells & Rivers is a custom-built instrument that requires the full version of Kontakt 6.4.2 or higher. It is not compatible with the free Kontakt Player. This allows us to use advanced scripting and features that are only available in the full version of Kontakt, providing you with a deeper and more expressive instrument.

While this library is not officially NKS-compatible, the core functionality works seamlessly with Native Instruments hardware. You can map and control all parameters of the instrument directly from your Komplete Kontrol keyboard, allowing for a hands-on performance experience.
