Persuasive Bass is the outcome of studio experiments exploring whether the dynamic response of a plucked acoustic string could be imitated through tape manipulation.
By slowing down and speeding up tape, we introduced pitch fluctuations that react to velocity, creating a kind of mechanical expressiveness within Kontakt.
